When am I actually charged?
Your card is charged the day you sign up, then automatically on the same date every month after that, via Stripe.
What happens if we cancel mid-month?
Cancel within your first 14 days of signing up, and you get a full refund. Cancel after that, and there's no refund for the current month, but you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Is there a joining fee?

What if my child misses lessons?
Every live class is recorded and available on the student portal. Missed 1-to-1 check-ins can carry over to the next scheduled check-in as an extended session (only one carryover at a time).
